According to Click on Detroit, "Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph." This sets the stage for difficult travel conditions and potential disruptions to the pace of everyday life.
Strengthening the sense of urgency, MLive notes the extensive reach of the impending storm - now enveloping areas from Kalamazoo to the Charlevoix region.
