Madison County will now have Rhonda Denman stepping in as Public Administrator. A familiar face in the community through her involvement with the Fredericktown Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the local Azalea Festival Committee, Denman's pivot from her bookkeeping role at the Marquand Zion R-VI School District may offer a blend of financial oversight and public service acumen to the position.
In Cooper County, real estate and nursing skills merge as Gayle Linneman assumes the role of County Assessor. A dual career path has seen Linneman coordinate an office for Restoration Health, alongside selling properties for ReeceNichols Landmark Realty Group LLC. Not to mention her leadership on the Immanuel Lutheran School Board, an LPN since 1985 and realtor since 2013, she brings a collective wealth of experience to her new post.
Gentry County's morgue will be under new management with Dr. Case Ruckman taking over as County Coroner. Ruckman, an entrepreneur and health professional, has shifted gears from running Albany Chiropractic to overseeing the county's autopsy and investigative responsibilities related to unexplained deaths. After earning his doctorate from Logan College, his track record in chiropractic care is set to buttress his analytical duties in the coroner's office.
