According to the PPB, Jacqueline was last seen leaving her home on the 1300 block of Southeast 162nd Avenue in the Centennial Neighborhood between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:35 p.m. yesterday, she suffers from dementia, which elevates concerns for her welfare. She is described as being 5’3” in height and 155lbs, with short braids; her clothing at the time included a brown hooded jacket over a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes, and a photo provided by authorities captures her appearance against a blue background.
Members of the community are urged to keep an eye out and to contact the authorities promptly if they see anyone matching Jacqueline's description.
