Fleetwood was last seen on November 12, at around 8:50 a.m. on the 500 block of North King Street, as reported by a public alert from the Wilmington Police Department.
Fleetwood is described as a white male, standing at 5’11” tall and weighing roughly 200 lbs., with gray hair. The circumstances of his disappearance are yet unclear, but concern is growing as weeks pass by without any sign of him. He was officially reported missing on November 29.
