Authorities are looking into a homicide that transpired on the streets of Northwest Washington, D.C., where a young man's life was tragically cut short by gunfire. The Metropolitan Police Department provided details of the incident that unfolded in the 600 block of T Street, where a 21-year-old named Tavaughn Norde met his untimely end.
It was early Thursday morning when the MPD officers were called to the scene at around 6:50 a.m. What they found was a somber portrait of mortality: an adult male, identified as Norde from Southwest, D.C., unresponsive and beyond the reach of breath.
