The Detroit Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance in locating Armani Avery, a missing 14-year-old girl. She was last seen leaving her home in the 17500 block of Santa Barbara Drive on Tuesday without permission and has not returned.
As reported by ClickOnDetroit, Armani is 5 feet tall and weighs 115 pounds, with black hair worn in a bun and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she wore a white and pink shirt with flowers and jeans. While she left her residence, Armani Avery's family and authorities worried as time passed without word of her whereabouts.
The Detroit Police Department’s 12th Precinct is leading the search and has requested that anyone with information regarding Armani's location come forward. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-Speak Up.
In addition, the Detroit Police Department's Missing social media page shared a plea, "Please help us find missing Armani Avery. If you have any information, please call Detroit's 12th Precinct at (313) 596-1240 or 911." The urgency in finding Armani is echoed in the call for public assistance to ensure her safe return.
