"We’re continuing to monitor the severe cold weather expected across several of the communities we serve," Matt Lanza, a member of CenterPoint’s Emergency Preparedness and Response team, emphasized the urgency of ongoing vigilance.
Texas residents are encouraged to stay informed, with ERCOT suggesting that individuals sign up for the Texas Advisory and Notification System (TXANS) for up-to-the-minute grid condition notifications.
