An online session on February 13 will focus on the life and work of John S. Chase, a pioneering Black architect, according to the Houston Public Library

In February, the African American History Research Center at the Gregory Campus will host "After Dark: The Labor of Love" on February 14, featuring Dr. Kyee Young discussing modern love and a viewing of Reverend William Lawson’s love letters. On February 15, the Johnson Neighborhood Library will hold "Cultural Connections," offering food, activities, and performances. Ongoing events include African American Read-Ins, Black Poetry Readings, and "Relax & Write" workshops.
