
Montgomery County Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a pedestrian who, was critically injured in a serious collision on New Year's Eve. According to the official press release, the man was struck by at least one vehicle while crossing University Boulevard at East Franklin Avenue around 6:11 p.m.
The injured pedestrian is described as a Hispanic male, believed to be in his early thirties wearing jeans, a black jacket, and a black shirt. Detectives from the Collision Reconstruction Unit (CRU) speculate that he may reside near the area where the incident took place. Given the severity of his injuries, he was rushed to a local hospital and is currently listed in critical condition.
Authorities are diligently working to locate any family members or individuals familiar with the victim. They urge anyone who recognizes the description or might be missing a loved one fitting that profile to come forward.
