The authorities are offering a reward of up to $3,500 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved instrumental in these crimes, this robust response is indicative of the severity with which local law enforcement is treating the robbery pattern. Concurrently, another incident has prompted a separate investigation by the NYPD's 48th Precinct. According to an announcement by NYPD Crimestoppers on Facebook, a 34-year-old man was confronted last Saturday by two armed individuals on a moped while walking on East 185th Street. Under the threat of firearms, the suspects stole the victim's jacket.
