Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing around 170 pounds, Jeremiah has been described as having an athletic build. When he was last sighted, he was wearing a blue blazer with the emblem of Boys Latin School, tan khaki pants, and black shoes. It is noteworthy that this isn't the first instance Jeremiah has been reported missing; earlier, he turned up in Bucks County.
