
Authorities are asking for the public's help in tracking down two missing children, Xela Santiago, age 7, and Xealwyse Santiago, age 4. The children were last seen with their mother, Althea Underwood. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the siblings went missing from the 2XX block of Adrian Way last Friday around midnight.
Xela is described as 3'11" tall, weighing approximately 50 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. Her last known attire included a gold jacket. Her brother, Xealwyse, is 3'0 " tall and weighs about 45 lbs. He also has black hair and brown eyes, but his clothing details remain unknown at the time of his disappearance. The mother, Althea Underwood, 33, is suspected of breaching a custody agreement and is known to frequent the 30th Street Station.
All leads and tips are being directed to the Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3153. The Philadelphia Police have emphasized the critical role that community members can play in such situations by staying vigilant and reporting any sightings or information related to Xela, Xealwyse, or their mother, Althea Underwood.
