Always on the move," Gina Fish, a 35-year-old neighbor, shared with NY Daily News. "He was mostly very outgoing. He was a jokester also," she added, conveying her disbelief over the tragedy.

Witness Darren Gordon, who has lived in the neighborhood for two decades, recounted the moment. "It sounded like eight shots," Gordon told NY Daily News.
