Last Friday, a Silverdale Starbucks was disrupted when an SUV careened into the coffee shop, leaving one customer injured. The incident occurred in the 10700 block of NW Silverdale Way, where patrons of the Starbucks were startled as the vehicle shattered the tranquility along with the glass doors at approximately 12:30 PM.
As reported by the Kitsap Sheriff in a social media post, a 70-year-old woman was knocked from her chair by the abrupt entrance of the SUV. Despite the potential for a more catastrophic outcome, fortune appears to favor the coffee shop's clientele and staff, as only one individual reported injuries from the event.
