A grueling scenario unfolded in Las Vegas early Sunday morning when a woman was reportedly found dead from a gunshot wound in a crashed vehicle. According to News 3 LV, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department received a distressing call at around 8:15 A.M. from an individual claiming that a man had shot his girlfriend.
Providing critical details to authorities, the caller enabled the police to locate the vehicle described. However, when officers attempted a traffic stop, the car fled, inevitably colliding with another car at Pecos Road and Charleston Boulevard. Lt. Robert Price of the LVMPD said during a media briefing that the suspect was taken into custody following the crash.
Upon apprehending the male suspect, police discovered a deceased female victim seated in the front of the wrecked vehicle, bearing an apparent gunshot wound.
