Dallas Animal Services is stepping up its game this Valentine's Day with a unique event designed to find forever homes for shelter pets – "Late Night Doggie Date Night" offers Dallas residents the opportunity to connect with adoptable animals beyond regular operating hours. The event, supported by Friends of Dallas Animal Services, a nonprofit organization, caters to the community with free refreshments provided by Cedric's Coffee Truck between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. tomorrow.
Adoptions at the event come without a price tag, which includes spaying or neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchips for all pets to decide to adopt a little bit easier and maybe a touch in line with the loving spirit that defines the season. The shelter will stay open late from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. to welcome potential adopters who might find their perfect pet companion.
Those interested in attending "Late Night Doggie Date Night" can find Dallas Animal Services at 1818 N Westmoreland in Dallas, TX. For further information on the event or additional ways to support the cause of homeless pets, DAS invites the public to visit their website at BeDallas90.org, as detailed by the City of Dallas in their bulletin.
