However, this morning, the Hazardous Weather Outlook warns of isolated thunderstorms developing Monday night into Tuesday, with lightning as the primary concern. Spotter activation, however, is not expected at this time.
The upcoming work week begins with a 20 percent chance of showers on Monday and a high near 53. Transitioning into Monday night, the likelihood of showers and possibly a thunderstorm increases to 70 percent, setting the tone for a wet start to the week. Tuesday will follow suit with a 70 percent chance of continued showers, mainly before noon, before partially clearing up at night with a 30 percent chance of more showers after midnight.
