The saga of the Alexander brothers, who have been facing serious allegations of sex trafficking and assault, continues to unfold with a fresh wave of lawsuits against them. Arrested last December in Miami Beach and currently in federal custody in New York, Tal, Oren, and Alon Alexander have pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse them of using their wealth and influence as luxury real estate agents to drug, assault, and rape multiple women across various states, as reported by The New York Post.  On Tuesday, eleven additional victims brought claims in New York Supreme Court, as part of the over 60 alleged victims who have reported being sexually assaulted by at least one of the Alexander brothers, according to the prosecutors.

The managing partner at AVA Law Group Inc., Andrew Van Arsdale, underscored the gravity of the accusations, stating, "There are a lot of victims, and [the Alexander brothers] deserve some form of accountability for sexually assaulting these women," as noted by The New York Post.  These new lawsuits comprise accusations that span geographical locations from Miami and Manhattan to even Moscow, with several of the women alleging they were drugged before being assaulted.

In response to the lawsuits and the mounting criminal charges, defense attorneys for the Alexander brothers have been vociferously questioning the integrity of the investigation, alleging in court documents obtained by The New York Post that a major law firm, Morgan & Morgan, had undue influence over the criminal probe. Tal Alexander's attorneys, Milton Williams and Deanna Paul, have gone as far as labeling the lawsuits as a "cash grab," arguing that a federal court had previously dismissed a similar case against Tal as time-barred. Alon Alexander's attorney, Howard Srebnick, also criticized the motives behind the accusations, claiming his client took and passed a lie-detector test.

Meanwhile, Miami Beach Police released body camera footage of the Alexander brothers' arrest, emphasizing the severity of the case at hand, which was covered by CBS News Miami, the trials for both the Alexander brothers and an alleged accomplice, Ohad Fisherman, are scheduled for May 12.

These developments come on the heels of prosecutors releasing footage of alleged victims to the public, one of whom described her ordeal, “I was scared for my life, just because of what I just experienced,” further cementing the gravity of the charges filed against Tal, Oren, and Alon Alexander, as noted by The New York Post. Antigone Curis, the founder of Curis Law, praised the survivors for their courage in coming forward and avowed to pursue justice on their behalf, as per her statement to Fox News Digital.

Authorities have seized hard drives from Tal Alexander’s apartment containing sexually explicit content, some allegedly involving women under the influence. Alexander, his brother, and co-defendant Fisherman await trial as the defense argues the prosecution lacks solid evidence. The defense also challenges the involvement of law firm Morgan & Morgan, claiming a financial conflict of interest. A motion on the issue is set for a hearing today. Peebles told The New York Post the firm remains committed to seeking justice for the alleged victims.
