The Philadelphia Police Department has requested public assistance in the search for missing juvenile Lexi Lugo. Lexi was last seen on Saturday on the 37xx block of N. Marshall Street, prompting heightened awareness in the area.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, Lexi is described as a 14-year-old, 5'2" tall, weighing 120 lbs., with black hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a black sweatshirt and grey sweatpants when she went missing and has nose piercings on both sides, which could help in identifying her.
