Ready your air guitars and rehearse your '70s rock playlists, as The Doobie Brothers, an ensemble that needs no introduction, are rolling out a North American tour this summer – Pittsburgh. According to a Live Nation release by CBS News Pittsburgh, the "Walk This Road" tour is set to park its musically-charged bus at The Pavilion at Star Lake on August 6. After over four decades, the band's founding members, Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, John McFee, and Michael McDonald, have rallied together to compose a fresh studio album, leading to a much-anticipated concert series.

Alongside the coasting American rock legends, The Coral Reefer Band is gearing up to join as the main supporting act. The tour will not only serve as a platform for The Doobie Brothers' new material but also provide a reunion to relish. "We're so looking forward to the 2025 Summer tour!" Patrick Simmons said on behalf of The Doobie Brothers. "We'll be celebrating the release of our new album and we're excited to be performing new songs from the record," Simmons revealed in a statement reported by CBS News Pittsburgh.

The party doesn't just stop in Pittsburgh, however. The Doobie Brothers' 2025 tour will rake North America, pitching camp at various marquee venues. Presales are set to kick off on Tuesday at 10 a.m., with the general public getting their shot at tickets starting February 14 at 10 a.m., as detailed by WTAE.
