The Wake Forest Police Department is reaching out to the community for assistance in locating 30-year-old Jonathan Alexander Raymond Cobb, who went missing yesterday. According to the police, Cobb was last observed between the hours of noon and 2 p.m. as he walked from Trailrace Falls Court towards Millars Mark Avenue, a statement from the Wake Forest Police Department said.
Described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, Cobb stands at approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 145 pounds. Cobb, who does not reside in Wake Forest and may not be familiar with the locale, was wearing a black hoodie, gray or blue sweatpants, and black shoes the day he disappeared. He's been diagnosed as autistic and while he can communicate effectively, sometimes he experiences challenges with communication and may approach strangers to use a phone to call his mother or ask to borrow cigarettes; he is not considered a danger to anyone or himself, the department notes.
Local authorities are collaborating with Jonathan Cobb's family in an effort to ensure his safe return. The Wake Forest Police Department encourages anyone with information regarding Cobb's whereabouts to immediately make contact and provide support in this critical time. Those with relevant tips or sightings are asked to dial 919-554-6150, playing a crucial role in the search for Jonathan Cobb.
