With the fresh batch made public today, they are aiming for clarity and convenience across the board.
All new forms adopt a uniform appearance, with titles that plainly indicate each form's purpose; in addition, the forms come with instructions on usage scenarios and submission procedures and, notably, they are now PDF fillable. The goal was to simplify and reduce the bureaucratic bulk, and in this endeavor, ADRE reports the elimination of 14 prior forms, a reduction of 106 pages, and the striking out of 622 redundant fields.
According to the ADRE's announcement, these reforms were not superficial, every single form underwent renovation. This overhaul is not just a cosmetic retouch but a part of the broader effort by the Governor's Office to make bureaucratic processes more user-friendly and accessible.
