
Authorities have reached out to the public via social media in hopes of identifying a suspect involved in a serious hit-and-run. The accident, which took place last Saturday, left a motorcycle rider with significant injuries. According to the Arlington Police Department, the incident occurred around 5:25 pm in the westbound lanes I-20 near Collins Street. They are looking for a black Chevy Tahoe, which they noted may have sustained damage to the front left quarter panel and bumper.
Investigators are specifically trying to reach out to any potential witnesses who might have seen the crash or have dash-cam footage from around the time of the incident. They are urging the community to help them to thoroughly gather and analyze any information that could lead to the arrest of the individual responsible for the hit-and-run.
