Delgado, a 74-year-old Hispanic male, was reported absent from his residence on the 300 block of Bryon Street. Standing at 5 feet 6 inches and weighing 200 pounds, he has gray hair, and brown eyes, the last time he was spotted, he donned a black coat and blue jeans. According to the official release, Delgado is also a known visitor of Cathedral Kitchen, a place he is likely to frequent.
