JTA CEO Nat Ford hosted members from the City of Jacksonville’s Council on Elder Affairs and Senior Services Division exploring ways to rev up mobility services for the aging population, discussing upcoming projects that service this demographic with an emphasis on autonomous solutions and independence.

Highlighting the session was a showcase of JTA's new Autonomous Vehicles (AVs), with representatives getting a good look at the high-tech transit options soon to be at their constituents' disposal. "This month’s Community Pulse focused on enhancing mobility and services for Jacksonville’s senior citizens," the JTA shared in a social media post. Ford welcomed the council members, emphasizing the authority’s commitment to fostering active, independent lifestyles for seniors in the area.
