
Long Beach police officers were called to the scene of a stabbing in the 2000 block of W. 16th Street, where they found a male adult with life-threatening injuries on Thursday evening. The victim, found with stab wounds to his upper body, was rushed to a local hospital by Long Beach Fire Department personnel, to save his life.
The Long Beach Police Department noted that the stabbing occurred at approximately 5:16 p.m., but no arrests have been made as of yet. The LBPD has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the violent event, although details remain sparse. No other injuries were reported from the scene.
