A Memphis man has been taken into custody on multiple charges, including aggravated rape and sexual battery for crimes against two underage sisters—ages 13 and 14. Memphis Police Department identified the suspect as 28-year-old Cadarrus Webb. The incident reportedly occurred last August when the accused allegedly drove the minors from Memphis, Tennessee, to Horn Lake, Mississippi, and later to an abandoned house where the abuse took place, Action News 5 reported.

According to documents obtained by Fox13, Webb is now facing two counts each of rape, contributing to the delinquency of a child, solicitation of a minor, and sexual battery. He supposedly supplied the girls with alcohol and marijuana before committing the assaults. After the crimes were reported, the victims underwent sexual assault evaluations and interviews with authorities that led to the results from the assault kits being finalized in late February. The victims identified Webb in a photo lineup, and Webb later voluntarily appeared at a police interview where he denied all allegations, the Fox13 Memphis article said.

The allegations first came to light when an emergency rape call was placed from Skyline Inn Motel on Shelby Drive, leading to an investigation. The victims shared with police details of their horrifying experience, which sparked a comprehensive investigation. The 13-year-old described being kissed and groped by Webb, along with being solicited for sex. Meanwhile, the 14-year-old reported being raped by Webb at the motel, and later again at an abandoned house, WREG News Channel 3 revealed.

Webb was charged on multiple counts in late February and with the evidence against him mounting, he remains in custody without bond. According to authorities, the investigation is ongoing, and they are dedicated to pursuing justice for the victims.
