As reported by the Precinct 4 Constable's office, two suspects attempted to abscond with an ATM from a business located on the 16900 block of Memorial Chase Road. When deputies arrived, they were able to apprehend one suspect, while the other fled the scene, triggering a manhunt in the northwest Harris County neighborhood.

Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office received a call for service in the 16900 block of Memorial Chase Road in reference to suspects stealing an ATM machine.
The search intensified as law enforcement set up a perimeter in an effort to corner the remaining suspect, described as a Black male, potentially donned in a red shirt. Deputies, assisted by a Precinct 4 K-9 unit, conducted a thorough search of the area and advised residents to avoid the vicinity during the ongoing investigation, according to CW39.
As of now, the investigation is ongoing. One suspect has been arrested, while the other remains at large as authorities continue their search. No injuries have been reported, and officials have not yet disclosed the extent of the damage or any potential losses. The business community awaits further updates on the attempted robbery.
