
Hawai'i Island police are reaching out to the community for help in finding a young Pāhoa resident, 18-year-old Lipomala‘e Kahai-Burgess, who was reported missing last Thursday. The teenager was last observed in the vicinity of Hibiscus Drive in Pāhoa on the evening of Wednesday, March 26, at about 6:30 p.m., as noted in an update by local authorities provided to the Hawaii Police Department.
Description of the missing individual is as follows: Kahai-Burgess has been identified as a person of Hawaiian descent, sporting a light brown complexion, standing at a height of 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing around 130 pounds. His physical attributes include short, straight brown hair complemented by blue eyes. Those details were made available by law enforcement in a plea for public assistance to locate him.
The authorities have urged anyone with knowledge concerning his current location or possible whereabouts since his disappearance to come forward.
