At 1:28 PM on the day she went missing, Harmony was last seen wearing a black khimar, a black jacket, and blue jeans. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes, and a black complexion. Authorities believe she may be near 2900 North Hicks Street and are asking anyone with information to come forward, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.
