Bates disappeared on Saturday, November 23, 2024, around noon on the 63XX block of Carnation Street, according to a public notice issued by the Philadelphia Police Department on Thursday.
Standing at 5 feet 3 inches and weighing approximately 115 pounds, Bates is described with brown eyes and black hair. It has been shared that she is known to frequently visit the area around 5th Street and Rockland Street. The Philadelphia Police Department are now openly appealing to anyone who might to actively come forward with information on her whereabouts as efforts to locate her continue to prove fruitless thus far.
