The 12-year-old was observed leaving their home on the 7400 block of Keiffer Street at about 1:31 p.m., and his current whereabouts remain a mystery. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, Cashmere measures 4'8" in height, weighs approximately 95 lbs, and has brown eyes and black hair. He was wearing a black hat, a green Eagles hooded sweatshirt, and jeans when he was last seen.
Officials have been actively working to locate Cashmere and urge anyone with information to come forward. As the search continues to unfold, heightened concern is palpable throughout the community. The family of the juvenile and local authorities are hoping to quickly and safely locate him.
