According to a report from the Philadelphia Police Department, Shamar, 34, was last contacted via text on January 29 around midnight. She resides on the 100 block of E. Wyoming Avenue.
Officials describe Shamar as a Black female, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. No information about her clothing at the time of disappearance has been provided. It is believed she could be around the Kensington and Allegheny area. The department has not released any further details regarding the circumstances of her disappearance but urges anyone who might have information to come forward.
