A dispute over surveillance cameras led to a fatal incident in the 300 block of 384th St. S. Deputies responded around 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday after the suspected assailant called 911, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department.
Law enforcement officials responded to a report from a 27-year-old man who stated he had been in a verbal altercation with his 41-year-old neighbor. The man claimed the neighbor brandished a pocketknife, and while sitting in his truck, he ran over the neighbor three times before calling authorities, as reported by the Pierce County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies found a man dead in his driveway, and a 27-year-old was arrested and booked into the Pierce County Jail for homicide. The Pierce County Sheriff's Department is investigating the incident.
