The Jacksonville Sheriffs Office (JSO) was prompt to arrive on the scene as part of their investigation, which caused alarm that prompted a lockout as the schools awaited further updates. "Police say the dispute was over 'stolen property,'" reports First Coast News, "which may have been a bicycle, but reports are conflicting."
