Director of University Marketing Carson Dunlap said, "Your support will help maintain competitive success and scholastic excellence to not only support the holistic development of our student-athletes, but also bring joy to Beaver Nation." OSU managed to stake its claim in the realm of personalized vanity plates by selling over 3,000 vouchers ahead of the launch. Having met the criteria, the license plate design received the green light from ODOT, Oregon State Police, and following appropriate testing by the Washington State Tolling Division.
The Beaver plate will take its proud place among a diverse array of themed Oregon license plates, such as those featuring Crater Lake, the Cultural Trust, and even the rival team Oregon Ducks. Interested buyers can snag one through the DMV by mail, in person at DMV offices, or via licensed dealers.
