
The Wilmington Police have publicly sought the community's aid after issuing a Gold Alert for an 80-year-old man, Robert Durham, reported missing since Monday. The alert was disseminated with hopes that citizens might offer information to help quickly and safely locate Durham.
Durham, whose description was released by law enforcement, stands at 6’1” and weighs approximately 180 lbs. He is distinguishable by his black glasses, and when last seen, he was donned entirely in black clothing. The police urge anyone with the ability to help possibly find Durham to come forward. The elderly gentleman was last spotted in the 1900 block of Howland Street around 2:00 p.m., as per the Gold Alert notification.
The circumstances under which Durham went missing have not been elaborated upon by the Wilmington Police Department.
