Residents in affected areas, including Wilmington, Millville, Trenton, and Philadelphia, are advised to secure outdoor items as strong winds may cause objects to blow around, tree limbs may fall, and power outages could occur.
According to the National Weather Service, Philadelphiawill experience partly sunny skies and winds gusting up to 35 mph. Temperatures will be around 47°F, and with a moderate humidity of 63%, the wind chill will make it feel colder, around 41°F. Tonight, temperatures will drop to around 32°F with gusts potentially reaching 45 mph.
The weekend will bring calmer weather, with sunny or mostly sunny conditions on Friday and Saturday, although winds will still persist at a lower intensity. The wind advisory warns of potential driving hazards, particularly for high-profile vehicles, due to the strong winds.
