Former Charlotte-area teacher's assistant Jaylon Little was arrested and charged with child sex crimes, including sexual activity with a student and second-degree exploitation of a minor. This individual, 26 years old, previously employed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, was taken into custody yesterday, according to arrest records. As detailed by WBTV, Little stands accused of engaging in sex with a student from the district and capturing the sexual activity on video.

Little, who was employed at West Mecklenburg High School as a Title I Assistant from November 2023 until his resignation in September 2024, now confronts the justice system's examination of the charges brought against him.
