For families looking to kick off celebrations a tad early, "Easter on the Green" is set for 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 12 at Will Rogers Gardens, located at 3400 NW 36th St. Attendees can visit the Easter Bunny and get creative with craft-making at the Ed Lycan Conservatory. The egg hunts, divided by age groups so everyone gets a fair shake, are scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., as reported by OKC.gov. A registration fee of $5 is required to join the hunt.

The event is drop-in friendly, requiring no need for registration. Simultaneously, Sellers Park at 8301 S. Villa Ave. will host the "Adaptive Easter Eggstravaganza" for individuals with special needs and their families, beginning from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. This particular event, also free, requires pre-registration to ensure a tailored experience.
Aside from the egg-centric excitement, the "Whose Egg Is That?" Scavenger Hunt offers an educational twist. This outdoor quest is set to engage kids aged 4-12 in wildlife discovery at the Martin Park Nature Center, located at 5000 W. Memorial Rd.
