Two high school students from Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, Florida, were taken into custody on charges relating to vehicle burglaries on their school's campus. According to FOX 35 News, the arrests were made after a witness alerted deputies to a stolen vehicle incident.

Flagler County deputies reportedly found the two female students, ages 14 and 15, in possession of several stolen items following the break-ins that they executed after skipping their first-period classes. Unfortunately, the teens were taken to Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility for processing, which the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice later directed to be released to their parents, First Coast News stated.

The suspects are facing multiple charges, including burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, larceny of a credit card, and second-degree theft from a motor vehicle. One of the teens faces an additional charge for unauthorized use of a credit card to obtain goods.
