In efforts to amplify the search, authorities are reaching out to the public for any leads. Rivera-Hurtado was reported missing by his sister after he was last spotted at their home on the 1300 block of Friendship Street around 10:00 p.m.
Police have provided a description of Rivera-Hurtado: standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair. During his last sighting, he wore a black jacket, gray sweatpants, a fitted black cap, and black "NIKE" sneakers. He is believed to possibly be in the Kensington area of the city, where he could have connections or intentions to visit.
Authorities are particularly concerned about the well-being of Rivera-Hurtado and are urging anyone with information to step forward. The investigative leads so far seem to be sparse, with no known direction on where Rivera-Hurtado may have gone, or why.
