The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Nehemiah Revell, a 27-year-old male who has been missing since February 12. Revell was last seen in the 63XX block of Anderson Street.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, he is described as 5'8" tall, weighing 160 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last wearing a gray bubble jacket, tan pants, and brown boots.
Police are asking anyone with information about Revell's whereabouts to contact the Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353.
