According to the department's official news release, Sebastian has been missing since approximately 4:00 pm on April 21, 2025. He was last seen on the 2000 block of N Marshall St., a detail which situates the urgency of this appeal within a specific geography that many locals will recognize.
Sebastian Andino's description as provided by the authorities includes his age, height of 5’9″, and weight of around 180 lbs. The young man is also described as having Black, short curly hair, and brown eyes. When Sebastian was last seen, he was wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and red and black sneakers.
