In light of recent economic forecasts and the threat of federal funding cuts due to local policies, Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell has announced a strategy to shore up the city's finances. The Office of Economic and Revenue Forecasts' latest projections signal significant concerns around the national economy's volatility.
