His arrest occurred last Wednesday, and he is awaiting extradition to Maryland. Despite the serious nature of the accusations, the unnamed victim has not been injured.

The Maryland State Police report describes an incident on April 3 whereby troopers were dispatched after reports of a shooting on Route 5, near Burch Hill Road in Prince George’s County. According to the victim, the shooter was driving a black 2023 Ford Explorer with Michigan license plates, a vehicle that was later linked to Williams.
