The Wright County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report for the period ending April 28th, 2025, revealing a slew of incidents, including various counts of DWI, domestic assault, and property crimes. Among those listed were Theodore James III, arrested on a warrant for fleeing an officer by means other than a motor vehicle, and Connor Alan Janisch, detained for being a convicted violent offender in possession of ammunition or a firearm and domestic assault, according to details published on the official Wright County website.
Also reported was the arrest of Greg Allen Johnson for simple robbery and Alayna Caroline Moshier on a charge of domestic assault, both occurring in Monticello, alongside the apprehension of Jessica Lynn Ross in Renville County for test refusal related to a 2nd Degree DWI warrant from Wright County. Drew Michael Roubinek faced a charge of 3rd Degree DWI upon his arrest in Otsego, while multiple others throughout the county found themselves entangled with the law over a diverse range of alleged offenses, traffic mishaps included a modest count of hit and runs car-deer collisions, and several property damage and personal injury accidents hinting at the routine disturbances that befall our roadways.
Among the incidents cited in the arrest tally were nine DWIs, which underscores an ongoing concern for roadway safety within the community; other arrests included violations such as uninsured motor vehicles, issuing dishonored checks, and one for indecent exposure. The record from Wright County also pointed out traffic violations exceeding one hundred, reflecting a prevalent disregard for traffic laws within the county's jurisdictions.
The latter part of the report detailed arrests made towards the end of the period, with notable instances such as Marshall Allen Holte’s apprehension for escaping custody and Kyle Matthew Smith's charge for domestic assault by strangulation, incidents which lay bare the various shades of dissent that trouble the otherwise tranquil facade of Wright County life, as captured in the minutiae of the arrest report.
