At 8:51 PM, a 2006 Toyota Tacoma traveling eastbound hit a person who was crossing Glen Avenue outside of a marked crosswalk. The driver, Alejandro Rivas-Aquino, 46, and passenger, Alesandro Rivas, 26, stayed at the scene and were not injured. Neither showed signs of impairment.
