Parents in Euless looking for summer activities for their children may be in luck, as the city's Family Life Center is rolling out its Summer Adventure Camp starting June 2. Designed for kids between the ages of 7 and 12, this camp promises a full itinerary with sports, games, arts, crafts, and more to keep young minds and bodies active throughout the summer days.
The camp, located at 300 W. Midway Drive, will run through August 1, with a recess during the week of July 4. Parents need only to equip campers with lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle each day, while the staff at Euless Family Life Center will take care of the daily programming. The City of Euless' official news release reported that enrollment is open, but prompt registration is encouraged with limited spots. Interested parties can visit the center in person or secure an online spot.
Euless residents can take advantage of a lower camp fee at $165 per week, whereas the fee for non-residents is $215 per week. Both fees integrate a $10 non-refundable deposit. To incentivize early commitment, the camp offers a $200 discount to those who pay for the entire summer by May 31. Registration forms and further details, such as the Parent Handbook and Youth Standards of Care, are made available upon signing up.
