Families looking for a way to celebrate Mother's Day should mark their calendars for a sumptuous brunch at Rockwood Park Golf Course. According to an announcement by the City of Fort Worth, the Clubhouse will be serving a buffet on May 11, featuring a selection of classic brunch dishes and live entertainment.
The spread, curated by Chef Branndon, promises to include brioche French toast, roasted strip loin, and beer-brined barbecue chicken. For those looking to add a fizzy touch to their meal, mimosas will be available in various flavors such as classic orange, pineapple, blackberry, and mango. And for something new this year, guests can enjoy their brunch to the soulful tunes of saxophonist Cedric Barrett.
Adult brunch-goers will be charged $50 per person, kids aged 4-12 can eat for $25, and tots under 3 years of age dine for free. The venue at 1851 Jacksboro Highway in Fort Worth has scheduled seating for the buffet in three waves: from 10:30 a.m. to noon, noon to 1:30 p.m., and 1:30-3 p.m.
Given the event's popularity, reservations are recommended. Those interested in securing a spot can call 817-392-6563 to book a table.
